Moving Out

If you are moving house and planning to leave your leak detection system in situ you'll need to think about what happens with your flow data. This may depend who is moving in. 

To give the new occupant a clean slate:

1. Download any data you want to keep such as Reports or usage data (see Graphs)
2. Delete the device(s) via Device Configuration
3. Request account deletion via User Settings
4. The new occupant can now register using the Device Registration process without being able to access historic data

As an alternative, you can follow the process in Sharing Access to Other Users but be aware that via this method:

• The new user can see historic usage
• You can continue to see their usage going forward
