I am moving property how does the new owner take control?

If you are moving house and planning to leave your leak detection system in situ you'll need to think about what happens with your flow data. There are 3 ways to handle this for the FlowReporter system.

Option 1: If you never want to use the app again; Change Account Email

1. [Optional] Download any data you want to keep such as Reports or usage data (see Graphs)
2. Go to "Account Settings" in the app.
3. Go to "Change Email"
4. Enter the new owner's email address.
5. The new owner will receive an email with an access link which they will need to click.
6. For their first use, they will need to select "Forgot Password".
7. You can then uninstall the app.

Option 2: Keep app and device; Share Access

If you want to keep your account and continue having access to the device, you can send the new owners access from the app, following the process in Sharing Access to Other Users but be aware that via this method:

• The new user can see historic usage
• You can continue to see their usage going forward

Option 3: Keep app but delete device; Clean Slate

If you want to keep your account, but remove the device, send the setup instruction link to the new owners so they can register the device to their own account themselves:
